Welcome to Sheppey Village, which has been proudly run as a family business since 1957.
Still run today as a traditional homeownership, pet-friendly village, with privately owned and managed chalets and bungalows directly by their owners. The site itself has large open areas across the grounds and touches of modernisation throughout.
The Sheppey Village also has a shared private access path from the village that takes you down to the award-winning beach, making for a great bucket and spade seaside escape.
Based in the coastal village of Leysdown-on-Sea and just under an hour from London, this delightfully nostalgic seaside resort has sandy shores, seaside shops and amusement arcades.

To the north-east of the island is the busy market town and port of Sheerness; to the west is the 18th century seafaring harbour of Queenborough and Leysdown-on-Sea to the east with neighbouring towns of Minster and Eastchurch both with their own historical stories to tell.
